Richmond, California hosted the first ever West County Urban Agriculture Summit, where farming organizations, residents, and city officials met to develop a shared vision of the role of community health, and economic development. The event was the result of collaboration between the City of Richmond, Contra Costa County, Sunnyside Organic Seedlings, and various community organizations.
